Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Bacon Alterations: I use turkey bacon and half the amount.
Cauliflower Pizza Casserole Alterations: I used smoked turkey sausage (uncured, no nitrates, however sodium content not the best 😁), one whole bag of Trader Joe’s fresh riced cauliflower (almost 3.5 cups sautéed in a tiny bit of EVOO and garlic), 1 c sauce, and 32 slices of turkey pepperoni (not the whole package).
Turkey Lasagna With Spinach and Mushrooms Alterations: I used regular whole wheat lasagna noodles and cooked them first. You can replace ricotta cheese with cottage cheese.
Healthy Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice Crockpot Meal Alterations: I used a low sodium chicken broth. I did not add the salt. I used half the amount of cheese.
Quinoa Chicken Parmesan Alterations: I used chicken tenders. I used Mrs. Dash salt-free Italian seasoning.
21-Day Fix Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet Alterations: I used salt free tomatoes. I did not add any additional salt. I added my blue container of cheese to the top when I served it. I served it on lettuce cups and with red peppers to get a full green.
Undone Stuffed Pepper Casserole Alterations: I use lean ground turkey or chicken and brown rice. I only use about a cup of sauce. I use one red and one green pepper and add in a little onion. And I just sprinkle a little cheese on top!
Almond Crusted Chicken Strips Alterations: I used one egg instead of the egg whites.
